Return/Refund

At AsiaBay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 18_days return policy, meaning you have 18 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund/Exchanges process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund or exchange was approved.

If yes you will automatically refunded or we ship your chosen item ( in case of exchange ).

If refunded it will be to the original payment method within 7  business days.

Shipping costs

Please note that AsiaBay Does Not cover return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with  returning items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
